QUALIFICATIONS:

• 25 to 50 years old

• Must have at least 3 years or more verifiable relative experience

• Must be able to read plans/ blue prints

• Valid driving license

• Good English communication skill

• Must know at least 3 of these skills : Joinery, Gib Fixing, Cabinet Making, Ceiling Fixing, Steel Stud, Cladding, Timber Framing & Trusses

Please bring 2 copies of your CV/ resume, school credentials, employment certificate, NBI clearance, valid passport (more than 2 years validity), Vaccination Certificate, PEOS Certificate, 2x2 photo, and whole-body picture.

• OEC / POEA Info sheet ( for ex-abroad )

• Old passport stamped ( for ex-abroad )

• SSS/ Philhealth/ Pagibig contribution record by Employer ( for local experience)

Other qualification Documents:

• NCII, Trade Test, Seminar Certificate

• Pay slip at least 3 months

• Company ID

• Police Certificate if worked/resided overseas
